Printer Job/Spool Working Group Status - June 2002 - 11 September 2003

Accomplishments:

 1.	Developed specification for C language interface between applications
	and a generic printing service.

 2.	Header file (papi.h) and template code made freely available.

 3.	IPP based prototype implementation made freely available.

In Progress:
------------

 1.	Incorporate changes archived in email logs into a version
	0.91 of the spec.

Future Plans:
-------------

 1.	Add support to API for management related functions.

Issues/Concerns:
----------------

	Availability of resources are spotty for the moment.
