Status Monitoring API (SMAPI) Working Group Status

Accomplishments:

1.  Translated the name of "Bi-di Plug-in" in the document into
    "Status Monitoring".

2.  We need the naming rule first though, tentatively changed all the "bidi"
    words in the document into "fsgsm" for convenience for a while.
     - Function name from "bidi*" to "fsgsm*".
     - Constant name from "BIDI_*" to "FSGSM_*".
     - Object structure name from "BidiC" to "FSGSMCtx".
     - Capabilities enum name from "BIDICap" to "FSGSMCap".
     - Reading mode enum name from "BIDIReadMode" to "FSGSMReadMode".

In Progress:
--------------
1.  Update of the document, mainly changing the names.

2.  Change the protocol for FSGSM_CMD_CTRL command to avoid the dead lock
    condition just after the Status Monitoring program sends the dummy
    one byte data actively into the Data Reading Pipe.

3.  Study to change the protocol for FSGSM_CMD_WRITE to make it more generic.

Future Plans:
---------------
1.  Improve the shared library interface to handle the multiple libraries
    by one monitor.

2.  Append the call back function to deal with the printer event.

3.  API for dealing with the compressed/vendor specific printer status data.
