(5) Discussion of IPP Everywhere license agreement status

- Discussion
  - Original draft was text provided by ISTO staff and legal counsel
    in May 2013

  - Mike is exchanging notes with Jane (who is out of sync on the past)
    - Need an agreement by the end of this month

- Consensus
  - Unanimous - if no ISTO response by end of September, drop license
    from Self-Cert manual and proceed

ACTION: Mike to ping Jane Celusak at ISTO for an updated license agreement by the end of September 2015
