(2) 3MF engagement aspects

- Request prototype IPP 3D Extensions

- PWG to provide a new PWG 3D PJT to 3MF
  - Smith to reach out to 3MF about timing of creating and how 
    the PWG might go about providing this to 3MF
    - What encoding of the PJT does the 3MF want? XML? 
    - Some other textual encoding?
      - ipptoolfile / JSON / YAML / whatever 
      - text format Mike uses for examples?

  - Creating PWG 3D PJT will require deliberate engagement by SM WG working
    with 3D Printing Extensions editor (Mike)
  
  - Ira:  We should defer considering this work to be urgent until we have 
    moved IPP 3D Printing Extensions spec from prototype to stable draft?

(3) Review DRUPA event press release from Anne Price

- Discussion
  - Infographic - most likely won't be completed before Drupa because PWG SC 
    didn't get feedback to Anne in time (they might still make it)

    - Paul has an outline provided him by Mike (lots of content)
    - Paul to produce those slides before SC on 05/26/16

    - Title ambiguity - not a presentation on industry standards for 3D printing
    - SC live-edited the document - Smith sent it to Anne

- Smith has started to work on engagement with Mopria again

- Start using the WebEx audio provided by the meetings for SC?

ACTION: Ira to document OID arc usage in PWG
- OPEN
ACTION: Ira to update "pwg-namespace-policy-20060112.txt" - add "white" prefix and update project and document lifecycles
- OPEN - in progress - need to separate whitepaper lifecycle and WG lifecycle
ACTION: Smith to post draft policy for PWG Last Call and Call for Objections

ACTION: Smith/Ira to write job descriptions for PWG Chair, PWG Vice-Chair, and PWG Secretary
- OPEN - in progress - should result into a new policy document (eventually plain text but start with MS Word working drafts)
ACTION: Smith to reach out to the 3MF officers to inquire about PWG collaboration
- OPEN - Smith to reach out again to re-engage with this to encourage prototyping from 3MF membership and provide them with a new 3D PJT for inclusion within the 3MF file (for those situations where 3MF is transported over non-IPP transports)
ACTION: Smith to rename, post, and announce SM schemata maintenance as PWG Policy
