  - Jeremy Leber previously said Lexmark was happy to host and any dates were fine with him

  - Smith had previously asked for pushing this out to later in June so that Kentucky would 
    be closer to where he might be
    - Late May: School gets out and chaos ensues
    - 4-6 June 2019: Wi-Fi Alliance June 2019 Member Meeting (Washington D.C.)

  - Ira has collisions in later June
    - 19-20 June: ESCAR (Embedded Systems for Cars) (Detroit)
    - 21 June: Uptane (Automotive OTA Security) (Detroit)

  - Maybe early May / Late April?
    - 20-27 April 2019: holiday week, so avoid this date block

- Discussion
  - No updates

  - Jessica had proposed shifting to a WordPress based site, but Mike and Smith expressed 
    reservations and skepticism that it could accomplish what we do currently

  - We will continue to look for alternative solutions

ACTION: 09/24/18 - Smith to query Jessica periodically about PWG Operations transfer management to ISTO

(5) PWG and AMSC/ISO liaisons - Status (Paul)

- Discussion 
  - "Call for Interest in US TAG to JTC 1/WG 12 on 3D Printing and Scanning - Responses 
    Requested October 20, 2018" - email from James McCabe (AMSC) and Don Wright (IEEE)
    
    - Paul had said: "If INCITS gets enough interest to form a US TAG, the PWG will be able 
      to form a no cost to PWG liaison agreement with US TAG.  We just have to wait and see 
      whether the US TAG gets formed or not."

    - Goal is for PWG to join US TAG to JTC 1/WG 12 as an "Observer"

    - Can PWG representatives monitor the creation of the US TAG while it is being created or
      do we with our PWG hats on just need to wait and see with no visibility to the process?
      - No, but not a big deal

  - AMSC has been funded for year 3
    - Is there anything we want to do with that?
      - Discuss at November 2018 F2F

(6) PWG and 3MF liaison - Status (Smith)

- Discussion
  - Smith contacted by Alexander Oster (Autodesk, 3MF liaison) and Alexander said he would add 
    the topic to the 3MF Consortium F2F meeting agenda

  - Smith shared a draft press release with Alexander Oster to solicit feedback on it before 
    it might be released (if the liaison is signed)

(7) PWG / Mopria liaison - Status (Smith)

- Discussion
  - Smith has reached out to Jeremy Reitz (Xerox, Mopria liaison) several times but no replies

(8) IPP Everywhere name/logo on Linux OpenPrinting website (Smith / Ira)

- Discussion
  - Ira says that Aveek and Till have setup a meeting with the GSoC 2017 and GSoC 2018 
    students on 09/26/18 on a major rewrite of the OP website to solicit development help

  - PWG SC will monitor this effort and offer feedback once the effort get under way

  - Ira to help monitor OP website renovation
    - Second OP weekly meeting setup for 10/03/18 - Ira to attend

ACTION: Ira to document OID arc usage in PWG

- "arc" is any single value (often least-significant) in an OID - Existing plain text PWG policy and registry for each PWG MIB base OID - IBM gave PWG a permanent arc for LDAP OIDs for Print Schema (RFC 7612)
- LDAP OIDs to be documented in a additional policy and registry in ".../process/"
ACTION: Ira to update "pwg-namespace-policy-20060112.txt" - add "white" prefix and update project and document lifecycles
- IN PROGRESS - pwg-namespace-policy-20160820.txt is first draft
ACTION: Ira and Alan work w/ Anne Price to develop a joint TCG/PWG demo of HCD-TNC profile in a Printer with a Router or OS evaluating the Printer Health
