    - Sounds like it has to do with accessing the video of the presentation and 
      presentation slides too (that will be owned by Drupa not by the PWG)

    - CUPS OP current release is v2.3.3op2
      - This is the last release of the 2.3.x series. To mark that CUPS upstream 
        development is now under OpenPrinting, we will start 2.4.x.
      - Ubuntu Hirsute Hippo (21.04) will ship with CUPS 2.3.3op2, also the CUPS Snap 
        currently uses this version.

    - CUPS now has a new home page and what was formerly our OP fork is now the official 
      CUPS repository.  Upcoming releases will be of the new 2.4.x series, now without 
      "opX" suffix now.


  - PAPPL v1.0.2 - released on 20 January 2021
    - PAPPL development has continued, approaching 1.0.3.

  - CUPS Filters v1.28.7 - released on 01/07/21
    - Bug fix release.

(9) PWG 3D PR Opportunities 2021 - update (Paul)

  - No press statement releases planned currently but the article series (discussed 
    below) takes the place of press releases for now

(10) PDF Association / 3Dprint.com articles

- Discussion
  - Working on engaging with a technical writer to author a series of articles that 
    gather together the bits from different IPP specs to create a narrative about 3D 
    printing and IPP and the value that these elements of IPP bring to the 3D landscape

  - Some weirdness with hiring the technical writer (separate topic)

  - Security aspect is the "vehicle" by which IPP's value in that space will be conveyed

ACTION: 03/08/21 - Paul to discuss the issue of embedding job tickets in PDF or 3MF or other file formats and how that is sort of anathema to the IPP model and value proposition

  - Mass Dept of Transportation to attend the next IDS WG meeting to discuss the problem 
    space from the point of view of a stakeholder

(12) AMSC/ISO Liaisons - Status (Paul)

  - Next AMSC update is 31 0March 31 2021
    - Paul is signed up and will report to us

(13) Hosting organizations for the PWG

- Discussion
  - What does the PWG need from a hosting organization?
    - Legal, finance, handling membership dues, incorporation on behalf of the PWG

    - IT services

    - PWG contractors working based on POs without needing to have a contract, unless 
      the scope of the work is above a certain threshold

- "arc" is any single value (often least-significant) in an OID - Existing plain text PWG policy and registry for each PWG MIB base OID - IBM gave PWG a permanent arc for LDAP OIDs for Print Schema (RFC 7612)
- LDAP OIDs to be documented in a additional policy and registry in ".../process/"
ACTION: Smith/Mike/Ira/anybody to draft whitepaper on late binding for best fidelity in Cloud servers, intent vs. process for output fidelity, and the fundamental design ethos of the PWG's work
