- Discussion
  - Former IBM user group that has expanded and become a formal organization wants something 
    that describes the work of the PWG

  - Email thread w/ Holger Gräfe (07/12/22 to 08/16/22)
    - Holger asked "are there any slides or documents which can be used as a brief introduction 
      to the different topics of the PWG?  It's hard to start directly with the specs."

  - Smith had suggested looking at the "2022 PWG State of the Union" slide deck, but it may 
    need modification

  - The PWG's "About" page is apparently insufficient?
    - Smith could cleanup the wording a bit (e.g., replace "Inactive" with TBD positive word)

  - Holger is hoping for something he can share at at a GSE meeting some time in September

ACTION: 08/22/22 - Paul to reach out to Holger Gräfe with links to the Mopria liaison "2022 PWG State of the Union" slide deck and PWG About page and find out when Holger needs the material and if these have some or all of what he needs

  - Jeremy and Ira have been NOT receiving reflector emails. Ira and Jeremy did receive the 
    IPP Everywhere Self Certification 1.1 Update 4 beta notification that went out last Friday 
    (subject: "RFC: Another beta of v1.1 Update 4")
    - So something changed, but probably not anything we did?

  - Mike is still maintaining the DKIM and checking status with Google and other major email 
    providers for their impression of our PWG mail server

(9) 3D / IPP article development - status (All)

- Discussion
  - Paul may have bandwidth because of a lull in MassDOT activities
    - Paul will try to have a draft ready for our TT next week (08/29/22)

- "arc" is any single value (often least-significant) in an OID - Existing plain text PWG policy and registry for each PWG MIB base OID - IBM gave PWG a permanent arc for LDAP OIDs for Print Schema (RFC 7612)
- LDAP OIDs to be documented in a additional policy and registry in ".../process/"
ACTION: Smith/Mike/Ira/anybody to draft whitepaper on late binding for best fidelity in Cloud servers, intent vs. process for output fidelity, and the fundamental design ethos of the PWG's work

- Perhaps have as a topic for some future PWG F2F to enumerate core set of concepts with which to construct an outline for the document
