- Discussion
  - Good meeting with 3MF leadership, good enthusiasm from both sides, identified a couple of 
    areas for collaboration which we should actively pursue

  - Moving forward with signing a new liaison agreement, need to fiddle a couple of details and 
    then we will get a draft to 3MF Consortium to review by end of today (10/03/22)

    he was successful about the response from the audience and they will be reaching out to Paul 
    soon with next steps for engagement

(12) PWG 3D PR Opportunities 2021 - update (Alan, Paul)

  - Nothing other than what is above

  - Paul was asked by ACI if he might do a presentation that could be presented in a call / 
    webinar
    - Teleconference limitations and possible ballooning attendance caused us to reconsider how 
      to host. 

    - ACI leadership has to grant approval for presentation to be hosted on their account ... 
      details being worked out by Paul

  - Review of 3D / IPP slide deck for ASTM (Alan, Paul)
    - Alan is on revision 2, still needs to shrink the main set of slides down to make it fit 
      into 15 minutes for Q&A

    - Need to articulate the basic theme and objective of the talk

    - Who is the deck targeting and what are we expecting them to do in response to the deck?

      - Since this is an ASTM sponsored event, goal might be to provide them with building
        blocks for how to do what they want to do

      - Because the space itself isn't fully baked, hard to be specific about the target or the
        message or the desired response

ACTION: Ira to document OID arc usage in PWG

- "arc" is any single value (often least-significant) in an OID - Existing plain text PWG policy and registry for each PWG MIB base OID - IBM gave PWG a permanent arc for LDAP OIDs for Print Schema (RFC 7612)
- LDAP OIDs to be documented in a additional policy and registry in ".../process/"
ACTION: Smith/Mike/Ira/anybody to draft whitepaper on late binding for best fidelity in Cloud servers, intent vs. process for output fidelity, and the fundamental design ethos of the PWG's work

- Perhaps have as a topic for some future PWG F2F to enumerate core set of concepts with which to construct an outline for the document
