  - More opinions on sharing with PWG members?

  - Consensus: Put recordings them on the PWG FTP site eventually (maybe). 
    - But let's not get spun up on that quite yet, and let's explore and consider privacy 
      concerns that might complicate allowing access to the public

  - Motive is for us to be able to record better meeting minutes or check on what happened or 
    what was said

  - Does the recording policy / warning statement at the beginning of the meeting disarm or 
    limit the risk or exposure WRT privacy concerns and privacy legislation? 
    - Need to think about this one...

  - Goal is for this to be useful for the officers, not to produce a webinar service for 
    posterity

  - Maybe limit how old our recordings should be preserved? 3 months?

  - How do WebEx recordings even work? 
    - Started a recording...

  - ISTO still trying to find the Lexmark PO
    - Latest January report shows many unpaid memberships

  - DocuSign for credit card payment was confusing to at least 2 of us
    - Unlabeled required fields

ACTION: 01/23/23 - Smith / Jeremy to get ISTO to remind members or remind them directly to pay their dues so they can contribute to PWG Formal Votes etc.

(8) PWG Communications Challenges - status (All)

- Discussion
  - Mike moved the PWG website VM from a California datacenter to one on the East Coast 
    - But the email delivery problems to Google Mail persist.

  - Other corporate email servers not using Google Mail are silently failing to deliver mail

  - Comcast (Bill's ISP) is still silently failing to deliver mail

  - Network Solutions (Paul's ISP) isn't getting mail or else it is 12 hours late

(11) PWG 3D PR Opportunities 2023 - update (Paul)

- Discussion
  - INCITS had to adjust the group that is the US TAG for JTC 1 
    - HP said they were not interested in 3D scanning and HP stepped away
    - Paul is now once again a member
    - Paul to update the Plenary and IPP liaison slides

  - ACI - Web infrastructure has a virtual learning capability
    - Maybe they might want to host a presentation on PWG Safe G-Code etc.? 
    - They are investigating / considering this

  - OPC UA / VDMA - Next meeting is 01/31/23
    - Do they need a sample for how IPP 3D will work? 
    - They will know soon

  - TIPE 3D Printing 2023 Virtual F2F is 01/24-26/23 (this week)
    - Paul is trying to attend 2 sessions this year


  - TRB - Are they holding their conference in May or not? 
    - (NIST contact wasn't sure...)

ACTION: Ira to document OID arc usage in PWG

- "arc" is any single value (often least-significant) in an OID - Existing plain text PWG policy and registry for each PWG MIB base OID - IBM gave PWG a permanent arc for LDAP OIDs for Print Schema (RFC 7612)
- LDAP OIDs to be documented in a additional policy and registry in ".../process/"
ACTION: Smith/Mike/Ira/anybody to draft whitepaper on late binding for best fidelity in Cloud servers, intent vs. process for output fidelity, and the fundamental design ethos of the PWG's work

- Perhaps have as a topic for some future PWG F2F to enumerate core set of concepts with which to construct an outline for the document
