  - Reached quorum before the deadline (7 yes votes, two with editorial comments) and got one 
    more Yes vote (no comments) after the deadline so approved

  - Formal Vote Process approved by unanimous consent in SC

  - Next steps: publish it! :)

(4) Meeting Recordings - worthwhile? (All)

- Discussion
  - Thus far not used but will likely be worthwhile if some issue / "event" comes up

  - F2F recording may become useful
    - Filling in gaps in recorded minutes when making updates to a document, etc.

  - Where are the recordings?
    - In Webex on the web but need to confirm this

    - We don't want to store these in the PWG's public FTP space

  - Checks take a month to process (!) but no statement of this in the invoice and there ought 
    to be notification of receipt or instructions to the payer that ISTO should have received 
    it

  - Jeremy and Smith are "working" on this with ISTO and hopefully next year won't be as awful 
    as this year was

(12) PWG 3D PR Opportunities 2023 - update (Paul)

- Discussion
  - OPCUA Additive Manufacturing joint working group met this morning
    - OPCUA == IEC 62541 "OPC unified architecture" 
      - OPCUA is "Open Platform Communications Unified Architecture"
      - "OPCUA is a cross-platform, open-source, standard for data exchange from sensors to 
        cloud applications developed by the OPC Foundation"

    - First release candidate going out to be published

    - Spec is a monster because it defines everything and isn't terribly modular

    - Someone else is doing a job submission spec 
      - Paul asked OPCUA who is doing that but got awkward feedback

    - In a month, we will know whether there is an opportunity for the PWG to engage with 
      OPCUA on the job submission portion or other portions

  - Paul noticing huge sea change between pre-pandemic and now - very few things going on
    in-person.

  - Difficult to figure out how to engage with other groups because things are more closed 
    door / behind the scenes now

ACTION: Ira to document OID arc usage in PWG

- "arc" is any single value (often least-significant) in an OID - Existing plain text PWG policy and registry for each PWG MIB base OID - IBM gave PWG a permanent arc for LDAP OIDs for Print Schema (RFC 7612)
- LDAP OIDs to be documented in a additional policy and registry in ".../process/"
ACTION: Smith/Mike/Ira/anybody to draft whitepaper on late binding for best fidelity in Cloud servers, intent vs. process for output fidelity, and the fundamental design ethos of the PWG's work

- Perhaps have as a topic for some future PWG F2F to enumerate core set of concepts with which to construct an outline for the document
