  - All officers are still subscribed to their role based email addresses' mailing lists

  - No known issues, except with the subscription problems with Mailman, which likely won't be 
    fixed until we move to a new mailing list server

(7) PWG 3D / IPP article development - status (All)

- Discussion
  - Paul's to-do list for March
    - Updated PowerPoint slides for ACI planned to have available for review at next week's SC
      meeting

    - Create the video presentation of the slides (maybe using PowerPoint's built in record 
      function)

    - Write an article promoting the video / "What is PWG Safe G-Code"

    - Write an article on Alan's presentation
      
  - Maybe make a video of Alan presenting his slides too

(9) PWG 3D PR Opportunities 2023 - update (Paul)

- Discussion
  - Paul has an action item from Drupa to see if there are any organizations that are in the 
    process of adopting PWG technologies
    - Find printing companies that have a booth and see if anybody wants to talk about 3D or 2D
      topics that might be of interest to small print shops for their future business

    - Microsoft's release of its IPP Class Driver may trigger additional interest in PWG 
      originated technologies

    - 3D standards evolution is still fuzzy

ACTION: Ira to document OID arc usage in PWG

- "arc" is any single value (often least-significant) in an OID - Existing plain text PWG policy and registry for each PWG MIB base OID - IBM gave PWG a permanent arc for LDAP OIDs for Print Schema (RFC 7612)
- LDAP OIDs to be documented in a additional policy and registry in ".../process/"
ACTION: Smith / Mike / Ira/ anybody to draft whitepaper on late binding for best fidelity in Cloud servers, intent vs. process for output fidelity, and the fundamental design ethos of the PWG's work

- Perhaps have as a topic for some future PWG F2F to enumerate core set of concepts with which to construct an outline for the document
