Minutes
- Administrivia
- IPR
- Roll Call
- Minutes from previous meetings
- Action Item Review (all)
- [AI] - Jeremy / Smith: Reach out to the Fiery primary member
representative to see if they have been bought and if so how that might
affect the membership here
- [AI] - Jeremy / Smith / Ira: Research PWG Process 4.0 / policy
docs? What about membership application? If not, we need to update the
Membership policy to state this and we perhaps ought to make sure the
membership application and the policy are congruent with or consistent
with one another.
- November F2F Post-Mortem (all)
- Went well, as usual
- Attendance was pretty good
- February F2F Planning (all)
- [AI] - Smith : send out a draft agenda
- Communication Challenges (all)
- Nothing new
- Alan and Bill are still subscribed
- JG 80 Liaison Discussion - any updates? (Paul)
- [AI] - Paul : Send an email to the convener of the Construction
Working Group on the ASTM side to find a way to join so that he can
contribute to JG80
- Paul to promote PWG Safe G-Code as a best practice and evangelize the intent vs. process perspective
- PWG 3D - IPP Article Development (Paul)
- [AI] - Paul : Finish email to a guy at Auburn U. that does the cybersecurity track at [ICAM?]
- Seems like a lot of presentations of white papers but not a lot
of actual work getting done i.e., showing progress on what was discussed
- This is weird because ICAM is supposed to assist with the
deployment and implementation of ASTM standards. AMSC seems to do better
in some ways
- PWG 3D - PR Opportunities (Paul)
- [AI] - Paul : Get the draft document presented at VDMA meeting
that is close to completion and approval so that he and we can make
comments on it before it is approved (if that opening is still
available)
- OpenPrinting/GSoC - updates (Ira)
